		<description>I've always been daunted by proper artichokes, though I'm fairly sure I like them as there used to be a lovely artichoke and cheese dip at a restuarant I worked at.  I'll have to give it a try now!

On the artichoke hearts, we've had good luck roasting them.  Drizzle them with olive oil and wrap them in a tin foil packet before poping in the oven.  Very yummy and creamy.</description>
